  Esta todo muy bueno en este hotel una piscina maravillosa pero no tiene ambiente falta de un buen Dj y una buena imaginacion de parte de un manager que la convierta en una buena zona de fiesta y recreacion que para eso es

  The room was nice for the price. It was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and I liked how they had a lot of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a good area of Doral. I would stay again!

  I highly recommend staying at Nuvo Suites Hotel. The physical location is great (close to major landmarks) and the service was excellent. Their breakfast was the highlight of each morning - compliments to the chef! The pool situated on the third floor is relaxing. Overall 10/10 and would definitely return!

  Nuvo Suites Hotel 📍 1750 NW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33172 While the hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, my overall experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment my wife, brother, and I checked in, we were given a room smaller than what we originally booked. Although they later upgraded us, the interaction with management set a bad tone. Some of the staff were friendly, but the manager—an older woman whose name I can’t recall—treated us with clear bias. As African Americans, we felt judged and racially profiled from the start, which immediately made our stay unpleasant. There were also several issues with how guests were treated. We couldn’t smoke marijuana in the designated smoking areas (which we respected), yet others were allowed to smoke cigarettes freely. When we brought a sealed liquor bottle to the pool area to relax, it was taken away from us almost instantly. The bartender explained that his boss was watching the cameras and told him to confiscate it, which felt unnecessary and invasive. To top it off, the toilet in our room backed up for two days, and the issue was never properly resolved despite notifying staff. Overall, Nuvo Suites is a beautiful property on the outside, but our experience was ruined by poor management, inconsistency in guest treatment, and clear racial discrimination. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has potential—but our stay was far from welcoming. We will not be returning.

  I stayed at the Nuvo from Oct 4-6 2025… just camed off a Carnival cruise. I can say the room was spacious BUT after I checked out and return back home the next day I looked at my bank account and saw an additional charge of $92.10. I called the hotel and was told that the charge was because there was something spilled on the bed (they said it look like blood) and there is make up on the pillow cases. I was levitt!!!!!! My did accidentally waste some (orange juice) on the bed…. Not thinking it was a big deal…. It’s washable, just throw it in the washing machine! I requested a Manager to call me back. No response! Today I look at my bank account they charged me an additional $100….boi let me tell you I’m really pissed now!!!! So I called the hotel again, he said I’m also charged for ( $75 for comforter, $65.00 for sheets and $30 for pillow cases) I’m like the hell you can go from $292.10 when additionally you stated $92.10 ……you charging me for washable spilled juice and common wear make up ( not foundation because I don’t wear it but eyeliner) I asked him well are you going to charge me for face cloth… it had make up on it and if I gotta pay $192.10 for linen I want it….. he replied “oh it’s been destroyed” and my thought is “proof it” he replied “I never had that asked before”… you will need to take that up with the manager”….. As of right now this very day 10/10/25 I have not yet received a phone call back Look yall BEWARE of the Nuvo Hotel establishment… it’s over priced and they are scamming people! Also it’s free parking but actually it’s valet ( once your car is delivered they are requesting tips) I requested a hotel with free parking, I don’t want to pay you extra for parking my car
