  Not sure why all the bad reviews. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciate the armed security guard for safety. Did not have to wait in line and there was plenty of parking. I went in for cash, and I got cash, perfect!

  I made an appointment with Mr. ARMIJO, investmet advisor. When I arrived. The entire investment staff was out. I was told I would be called and could not have a phone number to the investment department. I was told that the call center made the appointment in error. Several phone calls later, I still had no contact number or appointment. I have been a member since 1971 and am highly disappointed in this poor service

  I have been with Nusenda for decades. I have had very few issues and they are all resolved quickly and professionally. This week was no different. I went into the Juan Tabo branch to get some documents from my safe deposit box. Richard was assisting me. (I could spend the rest of this review about Richard. He is wonderful, very helpful and efficient. I wish he was a family member so I could see him on birthdays, holidays, etc. I love him that much!). My box was jammed. Richard and another employee tried numerous times to no avail. I needed the documents for a meeting the following day. Long story short, the gentleman that deals with these issues came in and was able to open my box that afternoon. He (sorry, I didn't catch his name) was also extremely friendly and professional. Kudos, Nusenda!

  I went in person with my husband to fill out a member application for a joint bank account. They said we were good to go and the account was set up and I got debit cards. Now, this has been going on since we left the bank upon account creation, I have received 8 plus requests to resign my member application by Logan, Shama and one other individual. This is ridiculous. They are calling every day asking me to resign and replace cosigner applications. If you are so high you can't get my information right when I go in person, sorry. You have to deal with the information you have. It's annoying, It's spam, it's harassment. How do I know they arnt trying to put someone else's name on my account??? How do I know they arnt trying to replace my information with theirs and steal my money and identity? I have never had this happen with a bank before. Now I'm having wierd things like Amazon my employer reverifying my bank account with the initial few cents deposit. This is extremely frustrating and concerning of them as a business.
