  The drive thru exit is ridiculous.. you exit right into oncoming traffic in the drive thru of the coffee shop next door.

  Went in today to refinance my auto loan and open a joint account and Chelsea was soo helpful and very informative. She made our experience perfect! This location has wonderful and kind employees that are willing to go above and beyond for you 😊

  Have a new loan through Nusenda and received the bill. I cannot find the loan number online or on the mailed documents and cannot set up a payment so i called the bank . The person who answered was very unprofessional and rude. She spoke down to me and like i was inconveniencing her by my call, she gave a lot of attitude. She did not help me figure out how to pay my bill and she told me everything i already knew. I called again to get someone else and to obtain my account number. She was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the account number is not recognized as a real account number by my other bank where i wanted to pay from. I googled how to pay my loan payment and Nusenda had me make another sign-in account but, then said it couldn't find an account. How does that make any sense? The app and the online capabilities that Nusenda has are terrible and it is not user-friendly at all. after spending over an hour trying to make this payment, I finally had to pay as a "guest" and they charged me $7 for that transaction. That was the only way to make a payment in any reasonable amount of time. Setting up an external account was going to take at least 3 days. This is awful customer service.
