- MPMichael ParrottMay 21, 20251.0The lack of training is astonishing. I have been going to the branch to make mortgage payments. They increased the mortgage which is normal with escrow etc. but I’ve made 3 payments and was never informed of the fact I was paying less than was due. Rather than mentioning the change in payment they take the payment charge a late fee and I find out through my credit reporting. I’m sure the employees are great but lack training to relay that information. I go into the branch for the payment every month. Not to mention I’m ahead of schedule on payments on the loan but of course they’d rather collect a fee than account for the extra payments.
