  Beware this location if you don’t have a checking account with Nusenda. You need an ATM card if you want to perform any function at all here. I wanted to drop off cash to a savings account and I was told to go to a different branch because for some reason at their largest location(where they claim to have a branch), they don’t have any tellers actually working. Especially annoyed since I avoided the University branch because of the construction. Very poor experience.

  Be Careful of Job Offers here. Nusenda is RIPE with Nepotism. The only way to get ahead there is to be related to Management or Quality Division. Leaving, I have lost my Health Savings account and my 401(k)'s. No gov agency will help, so I have filed with the IRS for Losts/Stolen Funds so I can take those off my taxes at end of year. It does not matter at Nusenda how well you do your job, getting ahead is ONLY by Nepotism. I received alot of promises that just got ignored after promise was made, this was so the Nepotism could continue unabated while keeping me quiet. OH and Nusenda tells you that they do not allow reviews of Nusenda good or bad. 9/18/2025 Chief People Officer sent my PHI & PII via unsecured email after I asked that not be done. I have had to file with SEC & FINRA to try and get my Health Savings Account and 401(k)'s 1st AMENDMENT PROTECTIONS HELD TO

  Just had to pay a loan payment over the phone (ive done this alot since moving out of state) everytime is a very easy and pleasurable experience, but today.. today I got help from "Kelsey" she was so sweet, kind, patient, and all around amazing. Honestly, if you get help over the phone from a bank employee and half way through the call want to ask to take her for a drink or dinner... you know youre getting good service and are with the right bank. Kelsey, thank you so much for your help and for being patient while I located my card/wallet. I wish I was still in ABQ even if it was just to meet you in person. What a wonderful person!
