Title: Professionalism Concerns at this North Valley Branch I am a long-time customer who has noticed a significant decline in the professional presentation of the customer-facing staff at the North Valley Branch. While I appreciate the move toward more casual attire in banking, the dress code here has become too relaxed, bordering on unkempt, which negatively impacts customer confidence. On my recent visit, I observed the following that I feel is below the expected standard for a financial institution:
• Poor Grooming: At least one staff member (a teller/customer service rep) had noticeably dirty or unkempt hair.
• Inappropriate Attire: A customer service representative was wearing jeans that were heavily ripped/distressed/raunchy, which is not appropriate for a business environment.
• Distracting Accessories: I observed a male employee wearing large, dangling earrings that were distracting.
In banking, an employee's appearance is a key signal of trust and attention to detail. Seeing unkempt employees undermines the professionalism and credibility that clients rely on.
I hope branch management will address and enforce basic standards of neatness and professionalism to restore confidence in the frontline team.

Good Afternoon. I experienced an extremely supportive & informed meeting with Financial Consltant, Mrs Emily Estupinan-Aspillaga in the North Valley Office of Nusenda that was so helpful at a very sensitive time for me. My wife of 61 years died suddenly a year and a half ago, and I had needed help with a miss-sent check of mine that I needed to not honor with payment.
Attorney Emily took care of that quickly and clearly, and then was so personal and understanding regarding the loss of my spouse. The check was a part of my distraction, and her understanding and responding was well beyond the expertise of most people. She clearly made a wonderful experience out of a visit to a bank on a mistake which was clearly mine.
We have been using your North Valley Office, living only a block or so away since 1970-80's to my recollection. We have always been happy with your employees, and Mrs Emily was beyond all requirements. .

Drive through shouldn't take 30 minutes to get through with 2 cars in front of you. Ridiculously slow. Inconsiderate of members time.
