  From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. It began back in September 2020. We wanted wall to wall carpeting removed in two bedrooms and replaced with hardwood to match what was already in the rest of the house. Tom came to our home, spent a lot of time with us, and subsequently searched until he found a hardwood that was almost identical to the one we had in the rest of the house. We moved into the house in November, the floor was scheduled to be installed in December, but we had to postpone due to illness. This was handled very graciously, and when we finally were ready (May 2021), he arranged for the installation right away, despite the difficulties the pandemic has been causing businesses, and a wonderful installer completed the project quickly and beautifully! We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend NP Flooring! (And we LOVE the new floors--even better than we hoped for.)

  We would definitely recommend NP Flooring. Sandy was great at the Blakeslee Office. Tom stopped in to measure and again on the morning of installation. He was very polite and professional - even when our cats were chasing the laser light when he was measuring - lol. Mike and Charlie work very well together, very personable, friendly and professional. Went right to work and when finished, they vacuumed and removed any evidence that they were here. Great job fellas. It was a pleasure working with NP Flooring. Thank you, Pat & Lenny Wincek Thornhurst

  Very Satisfied with the entire purchase experience. Tom was excellent assisting in picking just the right product. The installation was spot on with absolutely no problems. Would definitely recommend this company for any of your flooring needs.

  When we needed are house carpeted and New floors installed throughout, we called NP Flooring. Tom was the best in helping us choose the right carpet and floor and addressed all our concerns . On top gave us a great price for a big job highly recommend for any flooring needs.
