- TGTaylor GrahamAug 2, 20255.0I’ve not yet purchased a vehicle here, but I absolutely would! I own an explorer that I was taking elsewhere for maintenance and unfortunately there was an incident. I reached out to Novlan Bros, due to many recommendations, to discuss some possible next steps and Brett was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable! He was also so empathetic to my situation and worked very hard to get me quotes. When I told him that I was shopping elsewhere, he was so understanding and still asked what he can do to build my trust back. Again, this was not their dealership that made the mistake, but I felt truly supported by them regardless. I’ve dealt with others here in the past on a professional level and they’re always so quick to respond and help out. Id recommend them to anyone who asks!
