  We bought two vehicles here this year. Both times the team at Novlan were fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle.

  Unimpressed. Took my car two hours from where i live because service said they would need it for “atleast” a couple days, went in for engine noise and a recall. So i had to get a ride back home and then back same day because i received a phone call 3 hours later saying my car was ready to be picked up. When i spoke with the service desk they said that the engine noise is a known issue with my car, then proceeded to charge me 1.5hours/300$ for diagnosis. So if it was a known issue what was the 1.5hours for, surely that would have been prevalent when the mechanic brought it in. In short i wasted my time and money taking it to this dealer.
