  Not a tenant but a neighbor to one of their properties at E 73rd Ave in Anchorage. Don’t call complaining about tenants or neighbors hoping for issues to be resolved because nothing will be done about it. After calling and emailing about trash left outside FOR A MONTH by a tenant that has moved out, they claimed that someone would be out to take care of it. It’s still there and now has become an even bigger problem than it was the first time I contacted them. Take care of your properties and actually listen to complaints. Nothing but negative things to say about this company. If you’re a possible tenant, just go look somewhere else.

  I felt bad for the person that rented from them. He was given the wrong key for entry to his rental and it was in a very rough area of town.

  In in looking for rentals, Chris was the property manager for this unit and was very straight forward, on top of things and answered every question with no hesitation, would highly recommend working with him and Nova Property.

  Grateful for people like Sally ! Shes got mean face but when you talk to her she’s very calm with a good heart. I just move in to nova properties 2 weeks ago & I’m still trying to get ahold of the agent that moved us into our place for stuff that needed to be fix . Sally has always been there to answer my questions .Thankyou Sally please continue to stay that way because people like you deserve more than just a 1 dollar raise ❤️❤️
