He took the time to understand our needs, lifestyle, and home layout before recommending the perfect fireplace solution. His expertise and attention to detail were unmatched—he walked us through various models, explained the differences in efficiency and design, and never once pressured us into making a decision. The installation process was just as smooth. Stewart coordinated everything seamlessly and made sure the team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. The craftsmanship was flawless—our new fireplace looks stunning and works like a dream. Stewart even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly and that we were happy with the final result. It’s rare these days to find someone so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. Stewart’s professionalism, patience, and passion for his work made the entire process a pleasure from start to finish.   Dan and his team did a great job with the installation of our gas fireplace. The job was completed on time and at the agreed upon price. NOVA was able to save much of the existing stone around the fireplace, something other contractors said couldn't be done.

  Nova Fireplace and Stove took on my complicated fireplace project when no one else would. We had a fireplace installed about a decade ago and it never reliably worked. We had at least 6 other companies out to look at it and none of them fixed it. Frankly, most of them ghosted us after the first visit, which just made us more wary about working with any company. We phoned Nova Fireplace and Stove and they came by to do a diagnosis. They gave us clear options and didn’t sugarcoat the amount of work that was going to need to be done, but they DID tell us it was doable. Within a few weeks we had selected the fireplace and stone, and Nova Fireplace and Stove let us know how long demolition and install would take. They were exact with their estimates, the job was done on-time, and their crew was exceptional at keeping the rest of the home clean and undisturbed. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them! We absolutely recommend them for all your fireplace needs, large or small!
