  I had an issue with my furnace, Johnathan came out and I was up and running again in no time! Friendly, knowledgeable employees and prompt response time. I highly recommend this company 🙂

  I am very pleased with the service. I was using another company and not familiar with the propane thing lol and was about to run out and they told me it would take a week for a delivery. Called around and found Nortons and they put me at ease and said they would squeeze me in that day. Been with them for a year never a problem and always polite on the phone.

  Lady who answers the phone is very rude. Customer service is poor. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. Wish I could give her no stars. She is extremely nasty.

  What a great company! We had a leaking tank from another company with a much higher rate and instead of fixing the tank they just picked it up and left me with nothing and had no interest in justifying why they had higher rates or attempting to negotiate. We just bought the house so we are completely new customers. I called Norton's and they were there a short time later with a bigger tank, well marked with their name and number. They took the time to clean out the stove that wasn't working and got that all working good too! Wonderful, quick service and good rates. Customer service has been great every time I've called them and they have been wonderful answering questions. No more figuring out who owns the tank, no more leaks, no more finicky stove and the bill wasn't terrible.

  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,HOPE NO ONE EVER GOES THRU WITH WHAT THEY DID TO ME
