  Hands down the best BBQ I have experienced. Juicy, tender and packed with flavor and amazing sauces with good prices. Ran by two great dudes who served our country. This truck is worth the drive from anywhere in waukesha county. Highly suggest trying everything on their menu. My wife can be picky about BBQ meats and she ate every bite of the near 100$ we spent (we got a crapload of food)

  Holy hell! I truly do not know what, specifically, to highlight... Brisket, unlike no over I've had; chicken, SO moist and juicy; those damn nachos on a bed of fried jalapenos; the sauces, WOW, the sauces. If the sauces were offered for sale, I'd have SO much of them. (hopefully one day?!) The owner is so knowledgeable regarding everything "True BBQ". The young gal taking orders, a true passion for customer service. Just an over all, all around, great truck and great experience. My bank account t is going to hate the truck though...

  I have tried everything on the menu and absolutely no complaints whatsoever!!! I’m not a BBQ sauce fan but I must say it was really good!!! Definitely recommend getting your next BBQ from Aaron @ Northwoods Smoking BBQ.
