I have had several vehicles tinted here. They're always excellent with communication and customer service going above and beyond! Scheduling is simple, they walk through everything with you, take great pride in their work and the results show. I'm very happy! They did an excellent job cleaning up the Celica. I bought this used and the windows were pretty bad, when I got it back not only were they spotless, nicely tinted, but they even cleaned the area under the wipers. Very detailed and professional! Even better they got it done so fast!
Had apt set. To get my car tinted. Stopped in the day before to confirm everything. Then the following day for install at 3.00 got a call at 2.00 saying the owner installer was a no show I was there at 3.00 and the manager said sorry . Would you like to reschedule. Good Bye im out. Now I know why everything i stopped by there were no cars in the shop.
I am not going to remove my original review, as I feel like it’s important that future customers read the good along with the bad. However, I will give this edit to let you know that the owner (Jerith) contacted me after seeing the original review and wanted to make things right with me. He refunded me a portion of my money and sincerely apologized many times. I appreciate a business owner that is willing to take this type of action and reach out to make a customer satisfied in the end.
I have had many vehicles done here and never had a bad experience, until now. However, they are under new ownership now. The manager is who I mainly dealt with, Jerith. He had been pretty nice and easy to deal with. When I got my brand new 2026 SUV back from being tinted, it had a small bubble, (but a bubble nonetheless), on the front windshield. The front side windows also had quite a bit of debris from not being cleaned properly. I told him the debris did not bother me so I didn't want to replace that right now. I went back in to ask if the bubble would lay down after some time. He stated to me that it would, but proceeded to try and push the bubble out for me, but tore the film just the slightest bit. When I got back to him a few days later to let him know, he did not have a problem scheduling me to get that replaced. He told me to come in and see Cody. I came and the way that I was treated that night, which was also after hours which I did not understand them wanting me to come in then, was uncalled for. Cody said he could not see what it was that I was talking about. Which in the first case should not matter since the 'product manager' himself is the one that told me to come in and that they would replace it no matter what! He made me wait outside for almost 25 minutes (when he told me he would be out in 5 minutes) in the hot sun while working on something else inside. Once I was inside he spoke to me like I was an idiot, and basically told me he could not fix it for me because he could not see any issue. Regardless, this should have been fixed because according to said product manager, it was lifetime warranty. He also said his work was done off word of mouth so wanted me to be happy. Unfortunately I am not happy. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this and I feel like I have to just give up on them helping me.

I went in today and had my pickup tinted, these guys knocked it out of the park. Cranked it out in just a few short hours and did an amazing job at a very good price. Highly recommend coming to these guys for your tinting needs.
