- NBnikki bergmanSep 26, 20251.0Who ever just call my moms phone was not very polite ,she didn't say where she was calling from and just asked for my mom and just before hanging up the phone she said lovely, and hung up excuse me but that's not very customer service of you I understand calling and harassing people is your job but to insult someone who has medical issues is barbaric like save your comments when your officially off the phone.
