  Northwest Hearth and Home is a great family business they were happy to work with us even though we are doing our own installation and just purchased our fireplace and accessories through them, they were more than helpful in answering our questions after we received our fireplace and getting us what we needed to finish the job vs some other local places that didn't return our inquiries when we were looking to purchase.

  I bought my stove from these guys about three years ago. A bolt broke one year in. Two years later, im still trying to get my bolt fixed. Terrible customer service

  We couldn’t be happier with our wood stove installation! They were so careful, so professional and went above and beyond with their customer service. We highly recommend them.

  After reading reviews, the owner is 100% like this. 5 plus years ago We went in to shop stoves knowing exactly what we wanted. The lady inside was great to deal with. The owner guy was rude to us and our children, because they were not latched to our side. We left and bought our $4,000 stove at another store. We although did return there to buy our $75 wood stove tools from the nice lady.
