  Joe is very knowledgable and did an excellent job inspecting, repairing, and cleaning my ventless gas fireplace. Joe also shared maintenance suggestions with me. He was careful to protect my hardwood floors as he worked. Joe was very easy to talk with. He was very customer focused, easy to talk with, and super respectful. I highly recommend using this company and asking for Joe.

  Joe and Andre came out to do a chimney sweep and inspection for me, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They kept our house clean and seemed to work efficiently. The entire experience I had with NFC was excellent. After inspection, they provide a very detailed presentation of the goods and the bads, and educated me on some things that need to be addressed. Very satisfied with their customer service and communication!
