Jessica, who assisted me, was absolutely amazing,Very kind and helpful, so this review is not about her. However, I’m extremely disappointed that the bank supervisor decided to place a hold on my check until the end of the month. What’s frustrating is that they verified the funds right in front of me, and everything was confirmed to be available. It feels unfair, as if the supervisor doesn’t realize that people have bills to pay. Not a great first impression for a new customer. This one star is for the bank supervisor.

As a first-time homebuyer, it was a learning experience for me that Sarah facilitated to on a high degree. All details were touched upon with care and consideration, and she answered all my questions I had along with way. The conversations and activity primarily took place on a remote level, myself being in Waukee IA, and her office in Fort Dodge IA. With that, the whole process was buttery smooth. Thank goodness for E signatures. It too was great having my first mortgage be with my first bank account I’ve opened in my history, being at Northwest Bank. For those looking for a professional, attentive, and kind MLO, look no further than Sarah Neimand at Northwest Bank.

There i was told that I had to leave a message for a banker since nobody was available at the time. A week later, i still haven't talked to anyone or received any explanation regarding the problem.
