  I reached out to the company and connected with Jeff to get a quote/opinion on some work that needed to be done at a new home we were considering purchasing. Jeff offered to take a look at the property so he could give his best recommendations. He called me back the following day and addressed my concerns with the property. He also inspected areas I didn't think about and offered his advice on those as well. Part of the work was outside of the expertise of the company. Jeff was not only honest about it, he was able to recommend someone who could help with the portions Northshore couldn't address. He didn't try to sell me on pieces of the job that would bring in a hefty profit, but were best handled by another type of contractor. The professionalism and honesty of Jeff and Northshore were outstanding. I will absolutely be hiring them for any appropriate work we need to have done. Thank you!!!

  This snow season has been really crazy, and Dan has made the best of it. He kept open communication for the first big snow storm, and he was quick to clear the snow again for the second one. My business’s parking lot and sidewalks are now safe for my clients. Thank you!
