  Excellent company from start to finish...and then some. We had bids from three companies prior and thought we would just have to wait on our roof because of cost. Then we invited Northshore for one last "just in case". Keelin was genuine, no sales pitch - just the facts and the quote, then he was so responsive to our millions of questions after hours. We really appreciated the time he took to walk us through an additional roofing project we were doing our our own. Even offering his personal time and materials. When the crew came, Thomas was the supervisor and they completed the job in a day with exceptional quality. Thomas even took the time to give my husband a full lesson on how to do our side project. He walked us through every step and then gave us left over materials from our house/shed roofing project so that we could complete our personal project. And then we appreciated that Northshore sent one final person for a quality check. Customer service was the best, and I have no doubt that if any issues ever come up in the future, they would be here. Thank you Keelin and Thomas! (Northshore - I rarely write public reviews, but wanted to express my thanks - well done!)

  Brandon and Matt came out to repair my metal roof from ice damage. They were both very nice and both were highly skilled at their job. They took pictures of the completed job and showed me and explained what they did. They cleaned everything up perfectly. I would highly recommend Northshore Exteriors for your roofing needs. Very friendly staff and very professional.

  The crew was prompt and professional. The work was done properly and the clean up was complete. The Forman, Tom, was onsite and available throughout the project and was very helpful with all aspects. I had noticed that small corner a shingle was broken off at the eave. I felt it was too minor to address. Apparently they noticed it also and fixed it without being asked.

  I have a standing seam metal roof that had some installation issues. Most of them minor, one of them major. I had a very hard time finding anybody that would help me, most roofers don't want to work on a metal roof that they did not install themselves. I understand this, however, I think that a good company should deal with this kind of situation because that is what caring about customers means. I called eight different roofing companies before I found Northshore Exteriors. None of these companies would help, most of the time they would talk the talk and then not return calls. Brandon from Northshore was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He came up with a brilliant solution to my one major issue. He and his crew came out and did a beautiful job for me. When I have an easy job in the future, they will be my first call because when I needed help, they were there for me and pretty much nobody else was.

  Northshore Exteriors exceeded my expectations. I have worked with them twice on different projects and they are true professionals. They returned my call, provided a competitive quote and scheduled the work promptly. When the project was complete, I received a text with photos of the work they performed with comments about the project.
