  Paid an application fee here in April 2022. Pretty much has blown me off. I've seen the apartment I've applied for on craigslist twice. As a property manager, I've seen this trick. She's basically pocketing application fees. I've waited in her office a few times.... but she's always on the phone and doesn't seem to even acknowledge you exist. There is of course the simple process of email and phone, but she never returns those as well. Also given her conversations I overhear on the phone (during my typical hour long wait for her to get off it), she doesn't seem to know how to even work her email... which would explain the previous reviews on here about lost rent. I know you might be desperate if you've come here, but I would consider holding out, for the sake of yourself and your family.

  Worst apartments ever doesn't fix anything maintenance barley answers. The management that runs it slanders people's names.

  The owners are trying to get by with a minimal crew that is constantly quitting because they are seriously overworked. These are very drafty, poorly insulated apartments with extremely high electric bills. My rent payment has been lost SO MANY times, I'm beginning to think there's some embezzlement going on. Keep your check stubs!
