  Employee on the phone, as well as the service tech, were both very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Repairs were done the day after I called and the price was fair. I will call them again, if needed. Will definitely recommend!

  They sent a technician out to check my second refrigerator within a day. He quickly assessed the problem and told me it would cost more to fix than it was worth. I didn't have cash in my pocket for the service call but luckily my wife was home with her checkbook. It would be nice to have a credit card payment option.
