- DCDeaunta CarterAug 9, 20251.0I had an unfortunate experience in this community. Edna Berrios is absolutely terrible and unqualified. She is unable to get anything correct the first, second or third time. There is always some sort of miscommunication and/or failure to understand on her behalf. Every single conversation. James the maintenance man was unable to resolve multiple, simple maintenance requests, repeatedly. It got to the point that maintenance was in my unit at least twice a month every month, for the same exact issue each time. Then once the issues was unable to be resolved I was advised “you must understand the community was built 20 years ago”. Very unacceptable. They will provide you excuses but don’t expect any resolutions.
