We had a recent security breech. NCCU staff was extremely helpful in helping us through taking the necessary steps to recover. We have been members for years and have consistently found the NCCU staff helpful and knowledgable.

I have been a member of this credit union since I was a child. I have gotten many car loans and my mortgage from them. Great rates! Great service!

I've been a member for a long time. the lack of a West Duluth Branch I'm not a fan of. The mobile services are VERY sub-par. Unlike many of the other banks/credit unions, your money IS NOT available in any amount when you do a mobile deposit. Checks must be reviewed and it can take HOURS and is very inconstant in the times is is done. One payday, i can put it in at 8:00 and its in by 9:00, this payday I put it in at 7:00 and 3 hours later it is still not there. How about just saying, "here is $200 until we can review it, you last 52 checks have cleared from the same place with no issue."
