  I've used Brendan twice now for easements to a new lot we purchased. Both times I've been happy with how quickly he has been able to come out. The price was definitely more appealing than the other companies I reached out to. Thoroughness and communication have been great. Overall, it has been a great experience.

  Did not keep his word on survey, delayed because of ebc. Guess unemployment is more lucrative? Do not waste time, writes estimate does not follow through, see failures to find previous monument points.

  We originally contacted Brendan to survey our property and tell us where our property line. He was very professional and thorough on the phone, asking for our address in order to get a visual of the possible job over the phone. After seeing our property online he accepted the job and gave us an estimate and timeline. He let us know that he would be out twice and gave us a timeline. He had a certified survey and letter for us within the allotted job time. We appreciated his timeliness and expertise!

  NCG, Brendan Williams, was OUTSTANDING. Many seem to NOT want to pay for a Surveyor, instead use prior owners or neighbors 'opinion /word for it''. I'm glad I received a 'prompt' reply from Branden. He knows what he's doing, found my 'true' property lines (one neighbors fence is 3' onto MY land). He pushed through the brush, explained what he was doing the entire way, provided stakes for visuals, and was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I must admit, I emailed another company BUT, after one month of NEVER receiving a reply I am GLAD I went with NCG. How refreshing to have someone who enjoys their work AND returns calls.
