I was warmly welcomed and after telling my (literal) sob story that I was giving a watch of my very recently deceased father to my son for his wedding next week and hoped I could get the battery changed. The gentleman who I dealt with was so helpful and took time to work on changing the battery even after there was an issue with it, as well as giving me info on the watch brand (I’m sorry that I didn’t ask what anyone’s name was!). The woman who so kindly cleaned the watch and put it in a beautiful box was also a godsend. The employees talked so pleasantly to not only the customers, but also to each other which is something I’m always aware of as an office manager in healthcare. I had a good cry in my car afterwards not only over seeing the watch fully restored but also it warmed my heart to know that people can still be decent to one another. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone!
