  Desmond was excellent very knowledgeable took his time explained everything to me about how he was gonna patch all the holes, but I felt bad. I had a meeting so he couldn’t do anything but check the traps. But he was very helpful. He called the office to have some someone to call me to reschedule for next week.😊😊😊

  Chris came for my annual fall inspection of termite traps. He repaired or replaced a damaged unit. I had to remove a trap to do some work around my cellar wall. I didn't have a chance to call Northeast PC to let them know. When I returned home from a short trip after getting this text, I found that Chris had replaced the trap I had removed. He did a great job. My neighbor noticed that Chris was working at my house for quite a bit of time. Very pleased with this service

  Brian alleviated a lot of my fears and provided an insightful, thorough, and informative inspection of my home. He recommended a strategy and helped me understand how to implement it effectively going forward.
