  Ive been with Northbrook auto for 4 yrs & nothing but good things to say. They are trust worthy which is rare , quality work, no price gouging, & all in all your in great hands. Shout out to Tyler & Steve for always taking care of me.

  Tyler was very helpful over the phone upon going to the shop Steve did a wonderful job. They were fairly priced!! I will be back and will be sure to tell all my friends about this place!! Thank you guys!!

  Went to Northbrook to replace a tire on my daughter’s car and to plug a small leak on my car. It was a busy day for them but I was still welcomed warmly by Tyler and got the service I needed for both cars and it did not take long. Amazing, friendly service that was fast, easy and cost efficient. Thank you, and we will be back for any needs in the future.

  After a terrible experience at another local repair shop (they messed up my gear shifter and then blamed me for the issue), I brought my car to Northbrook Automotive. Their team went above and beyond—carefully diagnosing the problem and eventually discovering that a wrench socket was accidentally left in the engine compartment, preventing the car from going into drive. What really blew me away was that they likely spent several hours troubleshooting, but once they identified the issue, they didn't charge me a thing. Their honesty, professionalism, and thorough work restored my faith in auto repair shops. Northbrook Automotive has definitely earned my trust and future business!
