    If you enjoy nothing but loud music and annoying neighbors live here. Someone near Building 29 every friday-saturday annoying loud music that you can hear from 3 buildings away! all night long. call security and nothing happens, front office doesn't care. breaking my lease and paying to move away from this obnoxious place to stay at. Cant even call it living because others ruin what is supposed to be called home. If you choose to stay here buy earplugs are stay far away from the back area by the "car wash"

    When we first moved in, we were excited and thought we had found a great place to live. That feeling lasted about a week. Within days we noticed pests, and we trusted management when they said it would be taken care of. Months later, nothing has improved. Instead, it has gotten drastically worse. We’ve been living with a full-blown roach infestation for FIVE MONTHS straight. Management claims there’s some kind of “treatment plan,” but how is it a plan when roaches are crawling out of every single room of the apartment? The kitchen isn’t the only problem—it’s the entire unit. This is not normal, this is not acceptable, and it’s clear they are not doing anything effective to solve it. In 4 years of renting, NEVR have I experienced this. On top of that, the air conditioning failed not once but TWICE during peak summer heat. We were without AC for over 24 hours each time, and when we called emergency maintenance repeatedly (over five times in one night), the excuse we were given the next day was that they “couldn’t find our unit.” Nobody called, nobody texted, nobody even attempted to follow up. That tells me they never even came. In what world is that acceptable customer service for people who pay rent on time every single month? The truth is, management and staff will act like they care, but they absolutely do not. They’ll smile, nod, and give you scripted responses until you threaten to escalate above them—only then do they pretend to take action. It’s dishonest, it’s lazy, and it shows complete disregard for the people who live here. If you are considering moving here, don’t. Do not waste your money on an apartment that comes with a built-in pest infestation, unreliable maintenance, and management that does nothing until they’re forced to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to live with roaches crawling across your walls, your furniture, and your belongings, all while sweating through days with no AC and being ignored by people who are supposed to manage the property. Save yourself the headache, stress, and disgust—this place is not worth it.

    Now that I have moved out of the unit, our two years at this apartment were extremely tumultuous. The only saving grace were Christian and Carlos at the front and Luis in maintenence. We had cockroaches since Day 1 throughout the entire duration of our lease on and off with a multitude of maintenence requests made. They came and exterminated but the roaches would come back a month or two later even with a rigorous cleaning schedule. It died down a bit towards the last 8ish months of the lease when they switched companies but the roaches remained sporadically. Our AC also had issues throughout our entire lease, us even going days without A/C and maintenence no where to be found. Multiple maintenence request were made for that as well. The only time they would take action for the AC is if we called the emergency line. And we called almost every other month. All in all, it is a good location, beautiful lake in the back, but the building itself is so old that even with all the upkeep we tried to do there was no outrunning the issues.

    Management communication is horrible! They never answer the phone. They don’t respond to emails. I work & have a new born so is hard to just go to the office every time there is an issue, which is a lot of times. Also been here over a year there’s as a smart hub they should provide as soon as you move, they still have not give me it and won’t give me a discount for something I’ve been paying and haven’t been provided. Valet trash don’t always come, another paying service you don’t completely get.

    If you thinking of signing up with this apartment/company DONT!!! They will charge you on the way out and come up with made up cost. From the looks they were due to change their carpets and ceiling fan and instead of them paying for it they come up with a reason where they have YOU the tenant pay for it. All they needed to do was clean the carpets from regular use but instead they said it couldn’t be clean was is total bs. If they were clear in what the “cleaning fee” covered I would have order a professional carpet cleaner but they made it seem like they had that part covered. I highly suggest you look else where and DO NOT SIGN! I’m not the type to write reviews but if I can help someone not go through my experience then at least I helped one person. To top it off, the place is infested with roaches and is dirty all the time. Place is Trash
