  North Valley charged me $61.93 6 months after I gave them a Voucher for $300.00. They sent me to a collection agency... The invoice was $222.43, the voucher was $300.00 thats a $77.57 balance... how can I owe $61.93 if the balance was higher? The voucher program did not pay $25 from the $222 (AFTER THE APPOINTMENT), that is what caused this issue NOT because I didnt pay $25 at the time of the appointment. The timeline matters. North Valley did NOT itemize the $25 that was NOT covered in the $300 voucher. The voucher program later did NOT pay the $222. This was NOT my fault. North Valley took me to collections when the issue was with the invoice and the voucher and what was not covered NOT with me. I was NOT aware that I owed any money at the time of the appointment and there is NO proof, evidence, documentation, facts, invoice or any other reason to believe I owed $25.

  Been going here for years, Dr. Bender is a great dermatologist and veterinarian. The office can get a bit busy sometimes, but I guess that's the price of a good vets office.
