  I’m not sure where your drivers think it is okay to yell at a 6 year old so bad that when my child walks through the door after school in tears and it takes me 30 minutes to calm her down. All because of an accident and had a leaking bag. I tried calling as soon as she walked off the bus and told me what jonetta the driver on bus Dream did but of course no one answered like usual. I’ll be calling until I speak with someone.

  My 9 year old son and husband went on a charter bus ride to Las Vegas with their youth tackle football team to see a Raiders preseason game. The bus ride to Las Vegas was long, but the excitement made it worth it. The way home was a whole different story. The whole plan was to go to this afternoon game and ride the bus home so everyone could sleep and go to work Monday. As a responsible adult, I assumed the driver would make sure to be rested up and ready to drive all night but boy was I wrong. He decided to attend the game with the kids. When the game was over and they finally gathered everyone up and walked to the bus they waited for the driver for quite a while to open the bus. Once inside they quickly realized it was 109 degrees and all the boys were sweltering and stripping off all their clothes. Things were only made worse when the driver had to stop to gas up the bus and they ended up leaving Las Vegas 2 hours after the game was over. Things were going ok once they finally got going, and then they had to stop again for dinner. After dinner all the kids decided to try to sleep, but none of the adults could because the driver kept commenting on how tired he was and how he needed people to talk to him to keep him awake. This compounded with the fact he was weaving between lanes, constantly hitting the rumble strip and driving so close to a cement wall that women were literally screaming. He just laughed and told stories about when he almost DID kill people. So unprofessional! This trip was a nightmare and I’m shocked they ended up home in one piece- at 3 am. Would never let anyone in my family travel with this company again.
