  Our experience with this Martial Arts dojo has been exceptional. The Senseis are not only kind, welcoming, and respectful, but they are also deeply committed to nurturing each child’s growth. They skillfully balance physical training with valuable lessons in discipline, integrity, and self-confidence, helping students become the best and most honest versions of themselves. The facility is consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive environment for both students and families. As a homeschooling parent, I appreciate how it complements our parenting style, my child’s overall education and personal development. I highly recommend this dojo to any family seeking to enrich their child’s self-esteem, physical abilities, and sportsmanship in a supportive and respectful community. ( this location is tucked into the parking lot behind the supermarket (shaws).

  Very good place for focusing and directing a toddler's energy :) the teacher is really great about building character and values as well. They take a few minutes every class to sit around and discuss their days and character words that are part of their character development program.

  My son has been attending classes here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Sensei Bill and his team have a remarkable ability to engage young kids, maintaining their focus and discipline in a fun and supportive environment. I initially expected the classes to be high-energy sessions with kids merely expending energy. However, the program emphasizes proper technique, personal growth, and emotional intelligence. Sensei Bill dedicates time to each student, ensuring they grasp the fundamentals and feel confident in their abilities. A standout feature is the “Word of the Month,” where children learn about concepts like empathy, impulse control, and anger management. These lessons have had a noticeable positive impact on my son’s behavior and self-awareness. My son eagerly shares his new skills and knowledge with friends and family after each class. I highly recommend this program to any parent seeking a comprehensive martial arts class for their child that goes beyond physical training.

  I was looking for a place that not only my son would enjoy, but would learn respect and discipline too. I couldn't ask for a better place. Everyone is friendly and he has already come so far in 6 weeks.

  My kids and I love this place, enough to keep extending our memberships. My kids not only learn discipline, but also self control and respect for themselves and others. The instructors as well as the assistant instructors are great and patience with the kids.
