  I found the whole experience smooth. Julie Giordano was professional, engaging and informative. While I fail to recall the name of the young woman who tested my hearing, I found her to be on the ball and extremely competent.

  Excellent service from the minute that I walked in the office , till my exam was over ! Very organized & thorough exams from both doctor's. I had lots of questions & they gave me really good answers in a not hurried way. Everyone I met with were very professional. Definitely a very positive experience.

  I went to my appointment 2 days ago and I got my appointment time mixed up. I was 25 minutes late for my appointment unknowingly. . I was so appreciative that they were still willing to see me. Jessica helped me through out the entire visit. She was super friendly and accommodating! She walked me from room to room, first with the doctor for an ear exam. The Dr checked my ears and was very good answering my questions. Then Jessica (who was always smiling) walked me down the hall for my hearing test with Marybeth. I expected to wait a while for my hearing test since I was late. But Marybeth took me in pretty quickly, about 5 minutes once I got to the waiting area. She, Marybeth, was very friendly and explained everything very well during my hearing exam. I had a few questions at the end of the exam, and she was great answering all my questions too. As a bonus it turned out we knew each other from childhood! It was a great surprise seeing her! Then Jessica walked me in to a room where the Dr went over her findings and recommendations. Then Jessica helped me set up follow up appointments. She was super nice throughout the whole visit even with me being late. The whole staff was great and very efficient every step of the way! I would definitely recommend them!

  Dr Grafmiller literally changed my life, I had a terrible sinus issue, and to say that he just fixed the issue would be an understatement. He is not only one of the most professional people that I’ve met, but also one of the nicest, and couldn’t be more experienced at what he does. I couldn’t believe how the instant relief I felt after receiving treatment. And would seriously recommend if you have any need for an ENT to work with him because he is the best in the area in my opinion not only at his job but as a person! Thank you so much Dr.!
