Tried calling 3 times over the course of a couple of weeks and left a very clear and short voicemail every time. “I’m calling about _____ insurance, can you please call me back ASAP? My number is _____” Never once got a call back, no email, nothing. I’m sure they would be just as reachable if you had any sort of claim and needed them to help with it.
