  We were needing spa supplies and couldn’t get them here fast enough so we were pleasantly surprised that they had them in stock for less than Amazon’s price. Great customer service and they answered their phone immediately. Highly recommend!

  North Idaho Spas provides the BEST product and service around. I purchased a Sundance hot tub from Bill over 20 years ago. It has been amazingly reliable and is still working very well to this day. It has provided countless evenings of pure relaxation. Bill has always been very friendly, reliable and quick to provide the best service possible. If you are considering a new Spa or cold plunge tub, do yourself a favor and purchase it from North Idaho Spas.

  North Idaho Spas has been fabulous. Bill, the owner has a great team. Our hot tub has been wonderful and we have had a few. Anytime, they need maintenance or a repair. Bills Team and Service has been spot on. They have taken great care of us over the years and will loyally always purchase from North Idaho Spa !

  Love our hot tub, Bill,the owner, and staff were wonderful to work with. We were looking for a smaller model and they helped pick out the perfect unit for our needs. The store is always stocked with the essentials needed to maintain and keep our hot tub functioning. Wonderful experience and highly experienced staff.
