  Called Breakthrough Glass Specialist to help me out with an emergency call. They showed up within a few hours and saved my project timeline. They made time the same day I called. I don’t know of many subcontractors who can rework their schedule to help out at a moments notice. Highly recommend.

  North Georgia Windows provided excellent products and services. I needed 2 exterior doors replaced that had slow water leaks after years of direct weather/rain exposure. NGWR first sent their sales representative Hunter K. who was very knowledgeable and able to recommend the correct doors for the heavy weather exposure location. After ordering the doors, NGWR was very good in maintaining communications in preparation for the installation. Jimmy and his installers were precise and meticulous while installing the doors. Care was taken while removing the old doors as well as during the new installation. The finishing trim work around the doors is flawless and the crew clean the area spotless after completing the job. I highly recommend NGWR !!!

  We recently replaced all 29 windows as well as 2 sliding doors and one entrance door at our home in Sandy Springs. Our sales representatives, Steve Gibbon and Kevin Fidati, were excellent - they were professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and they made sure that we were 100% satisfied with both the products and the installation. We shopped around a lot before committing to this large project and we definitely picked the right company to work with. Without a doubt, we would use NGRW again and we highly recommend them to others!

  After getting 8 quotes from competitors, we are so happy we went with NGRW! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The install team was amazing! We were so pleased without project manager, David. He made sure every detail was perfect and got things done in a timely manner. We LOVE our new windows- thank you!

  From estimate to exit the team at North Georgia Replacement windows were incredible. Starting with Zack Lewis. We were nervous about another window quote (especially from Costco). We told Zack we have two kids and work full time so 2-3 hours of talk could NOT happen again (met w 2 other window companies). Zack came measured and explained the windows briefly, the 25 year guarantee and what we would get. Put together a cost and was done in an hour!!!! The job was delayed and raised a bunch of concerns but Kevin Fedati (sp) was great at reassuring us it was all a minor issue. He also was instrumental, post job, when our alarm from the old ones windows weren’t reinstalled. The day after the job i called and he said “i’ll have someone out by 12 to fix it, “ SIDE NOTE: if you have a security system make sure to mention it. That is the kind of customer care companies should aspire to - creating solutions not problems. THE JOB TEAM - On the day of install we were called by the project manager (Jimmy) to let us know he was on the way. When he landed he did a quick walk through to prep for the full team landing, answer any questions and let us know the plan. Following our chat the team landed - JACOB, lead installer was professional, kind and was always willing to stop for any questions. He actually took time to ask if we wanted to see an install so he could explain (in real time) why these windows were top of the line. The 6 guys that came with Jacob were equally considerate, professional and engaged. and CLEAN…they laid down mats, covered all furniture and cleaned as they finished. The job went so well that we’re planning to do the remaining windows in our house (got 15 this time) and referred our neighbors. Kudos to you Norrh Georgia Replacement for creating the right equation for a company. Good people, good products and good workmanship ….from first meet to job completion.
