  Nology has been the worst IT firm I've ever had the experience of working with. We've worked with several IT providers over the years and Nology consistently underperforms and underdelivers. They are slow to respond (72+ hour lead times), and overcharge for basic services that are typically included in other contracts we've seen. Every month our bill is significantly higher than our "service contract". On top of all this, they also lock you in a 2+ year contract you are unable to get out of unless you pay for the entirety of your contract. No flexibility. Most other IT providers we are now looking at charge month to month. We made the mistake of not vetting multiple providers, and are now regretting our decision.
