The tenderness of the pork has blown me away. The owner and chefs know what they are doing and take pride in their work, and it shows! The rice was firm and sweet, and soaked up the juices of the pork. They do not skimp on serving sizes.

We visited the location in the food court in the Ruffin Building. The Teriyaki Chicken was pretty good. However, we were disappointed with the poke and lobster roll. The main issue was that neither seemed particularly fresh. The lobster roll in particular had a fishy smell and taste that I would think indicated it had gone bad.

It's a red flag when you open the food container and it smells fishy. Good poke doesn't smell fishy. The fish was low quality and mealy. Poke should have fresh veg and flavorful sauce, not just soy, floppy white onion and sesame.
The person running the food truck was kind of arrogant bordering on rude, disparaging the event he was at, thinking he was the reason all the people were there. Yikes.
Not worth the money, for us; we can go to other poke places.
The food is always good.

We had never had Hawaiian food, so we decided to try it. We ordered the Huli Huli chicken, Huli Huli steak, & a lobster roll. The lobster roll & fried rice was okay, but nothing spectacular. The steak was tender & had a good flavor but there were no green onions & it wasn’t drizzled in sauce like their advertised picture. The white rice had quite a few uncooked pieces in it. The macaroni salad had a weird consistency & no special flavoring. But the chicken was a huge disappointment. The picture shows slices of chicken drizzled in sauce & with sesame seeds & green onions. We got shredded chicken without any of the toppings. I thought we were given the pork but called & was assured it was chicken. Well…we tried it. May try a different restaurant, but will never get Noble House again
