Noah’s office has been great from the very beginning. Each person I’ve interacted with is kind, helpful and knows what they’re talking about. They are all knowledgeable in the field and provide me the best recommendations. Today, I interacted with Kat who was beyond helpful and so sweet. She was relatable, down to earth and has superior customer service skills ensuring my concerns were heard and met. She delivered my request in a timely manner and made sure I had her information should I have issues. I literally wrote her name down so I can remember to speak to her again because she’s that great!

Got a call from my local state farm agent office, I had the number saved so I assumed it was not a sales call (bundle more policies). Turns out it was, so I said "no thank you" and the sales associate hung up the call. I don't think it was Noah Pierce, but it was someone representing his office. It was just the most recent unpleasant interaction, which has inspired me to end my last policy with State Farm. I suppose if they just never called me I'd continue to not engage with their office and the status quo would have remained in place for who knows how long...

This office feels like a close friend and very honest. I had a good feeling from them the first time I heard from them. I was shopping for car insurance but I was procrastinating and one day Noah called me and I knew right away he was a good egg. Then working with Kat, that sealed the deal. I wish I had known about them decades ago. Kat explains everything in detail and how it helps you and is very easy to talk to. I feel good about this decision.
