  The technician was Casey. He got our ac up and running in less than 1 hour. He explained the problems, gave us a quote that we agreed to and made the repairs . Casey then cleaned up any mess he made, thanked us and said he would email me further cleaning info I may want done in the future to keep our ac running perfectly for a long time. Thank you No Problem Heating & Cooling. 😃

  These guys are great. Cory was the inspector that came first and gave it to us straight, it was time to replace our furnace and A/C unit for a few reasons, then A/C was draining properly so inside the furnace it was pretty much freezing and thawing cause condensation so form and setting at the bottom of the furnace turning into sludge damaging the blower motor that we only recently had replaced already (different company) and the A/C unit we had was old to the point that the freon that it used isnt sold in the US anymore. He did nt try to upset us at all which was nice and only sold us what we needed. Paul and Josh were the techs that came and did the installation and they were also great. Efficient, friendly and fast without being sloppy, they care about their work but also value the time of their clients. Highly recommend these guys for your hearing and cooling needs. Cherry on top the do finance so getting the work done isnt a major burden if its a out of the blue issue.

  We had a fantastic experience with No Problem Heating & Cooling from start to finish! Cory was the initial technician who helped us choose the right system—he was kind, friendly, and made the process easy to understand. Paul, the senior technician, led the installation with assistance from Josh, and their work was absolutely top-notch. The installation was beautifully done, neat, and clearly showed their experience and pride in their craft. Everyone we interacted with—from the owner to the technicians—was down-to-earth, professional, and happy to answer all of our questions. It’s rare to find a company that combines genuine kindness with true technical expertise, but No Problem Heating & Cooling delivers on both. Highly recommend!

  NPM was brought to me by American home shield (AHS). American home shield is one big scam but they deserve there own review. As it pertains to NPM. Please Be careful with these guys. I looked at the 1 star reviews and noticed I've had very similar experience to them. So please take my review serious and air on the side of caution if you do decide to do business with them. My ac went out and that is when Cameron Z from NPM came out to diagnose. My unit is old and he recommended that both furnace and AC get replaced. He told me that there was nothing from a homeowner perspective that I could of done as the unit is old and it was bound fail. Essentially stating that it was not my fault that it failed. He then tried to upsell me into buying a new AC and furnace without allowing for time to let the warranty make a decision. When I do get a call back from the warranty, they denied the claim because the technician at NPM said it failed "due to not normal wear and tear". Essentially blaming me as the home owner for system failure. NPM continues to try and call me to set up an appointment for a replacement. I ended up calling my own technician and they replaced my compacitor and gave me a charge no thanks to NPM and AHS. I was in the heat for 3 weeks with no help. Glad i trusted my gut and called somebody else to replace the parts. Will not be doing business anymore with either of them anymore. If you do end up going with NPM, good luck!

  This company has shown exemplary customer service skills with the employees I’ve had contact with. They were very straight forward about the issues with my system. They weren’t trying to oversell but let me know I definitely need a whole new unit (we knew it was coming soon). They gave me all the info to make an informed decision and even told me about a class action lawsuit for my faulty coil. This has definitely put them in the front of the line when we do get a new unit. Thanks Cory and Doug for your professionalism and friendliness and talking to me about HVAC systems like a noob who has no idea what it all means (cuz I don’t!).
