I called Nixco because I had seen favorable reviews. They came the next day even though it wasn’t an emergency. After speaking to Todd and his apprentice, I decided to replace with a new, more efficient heater. They were both excellent in their skills and provided clean up and hauling of old tank. I would also like to thank the office staff for their help. I definitely recommend Nixco plumbing

Jared, the Nixco tech, arrived within 90 minutes. After analyzing the situation, Jared gave me a proposal to run a camera down the drain line. (The proposal was very comparable to other service companies). I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness of Jared and Nixco. Jared determined and resolved the problem. If needed in the future I will be calling Nixco again. Thank you.
