  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had from move in to move out. The management is awful the maintenance staff is lazy and cuts so many corners. So let’s start with move in. Day 1 we get the keys and were told to wait on the girl in the office to come do the walk through with us. She never came. The air register vents had black mold and their solution to fixing it was spray paint over the black mold. And the blinds in the kitchen had a child’s teeth marks all over them. This is where the lies from management and the staff begin. The company that owns the apartments buys everything from Lowe’s and guess what I worked at Lowe’s. I told them the blinds need to be replaced cause they have teeth marks all over them. They said this “ owe that’s a factory defect they came like that “ I said “no they don’t, you guys get your blinds from my work. “ they just stood there stunned and said they would get new ones. Guess what they never did. Every time they were supposed to change the air filters and fire alarm they never did. We would check the camera and see what they did when they came in. Most times they never even came and when they did they would just open the filter ( not change it) then close it and not even look at the alarms. Thank god there was no fire, right! They used literal white paint pens to hide slice marks on the counter tops. Not to mention we found out they never changed the locks before we moved in because after we came back from bringing a new load to unpack and my neighbors said that the previous tenant was in our apartment looking into boxes and ran off when my new neighbor confronted them. Every entrance was locked so she still had the key. They literally have 20 years of paint on top of paint and just paint over outlets. Also the outlets fried my girlfriends Xbox. It doesn’t start anymore. The pool gets so dirty that the water turns green once a week for like 3 days. The area is super sketchy. In our bathroom the ceiling had so much caked up drywall mud that it was cracking and slumping off. Also the vent in the bathroom was sealed in by drywall mud. My truck was broken into. I don’t keep anything in it but my phone charger so they stole it and maybe a dollar of change. Honestly I don’t have enough time in the day to tell you how much you don’t even need to consider living here. Please be warned and please try your luck at a much nicer property.

  Haley was knowledgeable and very kind. I felt the excitement that I was excited. She is thorough and will explain if you need more understanding. She stays current on emails and calls so that information is processed in a timely fashion and questions can be answered. Tha k you Haley for an easy and helpful move!

  I would highly recommend staying at the Ninth avenue it’s a very calm and peaceful place to live. Hayley was the one that helped me through all the paperwork and she is amazing and very kind. They walk you through everything and the needed tours, they also have a great maintenance team that is very quick and efficient. Overall a wonderful place to stay and a great leasing team.

  Haley helped us with the paperwork and move in process. She made it so fast and easy. We absolutely love living here. We have no negative experiences. It is a safe neighborhood, we walk with our kids at night. When there is any issue it is quickly resolved. We have no regrets.

  Office girls are sweet and accommodating, always willing to help. We have enjoyed our apartment in the time we’ve been here.
