Went by this State Farm office daily and ment to come back later and never did. That is until the other day. My current insurance company couldn’t insure my next new car simply because of the car.
So I stopped by this State Farm office and had met Miranda, this changed everything. I couldn’t believe I had taken all this time to make the switch. In two heartbeats and a blink of an eye Miranda had taken care of any and all concerns I had, plus assured me that when my new car arrives and I share the vin number with her or her office that car will be covered. All this with a smile and lower rates.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
I had been a loyal State Farm customer for years, with minimal claims, but was dropped from coverage due to claims from other family members. I accepted that and we canceled our policy and moved on--only to be charged afterward through autopay (which we were never guided on how to turn off and was not accessible through my online account). This overdrew my bank account, and I was told a refund would take 2-3 weeks. When I explained the hardship this caused, I was met with a dismissive "that's the best I can do for you" and "have a nice day."
Worse, when I called to ensure autopay was finally turned off, the person who answered hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable.
I had also called several times earlier this year to update billing information, which was not applied correctly to both policies. We were reported to the DMV due to this office's negligence, risking a fine.
Throughout all of this, I followed the correct steps, communicated clearly, and attempted to resolve things respectfully. I received no support, courtesy, or accountability from this agency. I would strongly caution anyone from trusting Nicole Williams' State Farm office with your insurance needs.

When an insurance agency can save one 47% on a higher value HO policy, how can one make any other choice? My choice now and moving forward is Nicole Williams State Farm Agency Reno. She is the pent-ultimate professional, proficient, personable, and passionate about her work and her clients. In the "more years than I'll admit" of purchasing insurance of various flavors, I've never encountered what I consider to be an insurance agent who clearly is "the best of the best". Thank you Nicole and to your staff for saving me $, being so amazing, and sharing those yummy cookies.

Nicole and her staff have always been extremely thorough, efficient, and friendly while dealing with my insurance needs. I would recommend Nicole Williams to anyone who is looking for excellent insurance coverage.
I would also give State Farm in general a 3/3 rating based on my dealings with their adjusters, claim managers, and finance personnel.
