    Nurse Wendy provided exceptional care to my child. She exceeded all expectations during our visit. She was attentive, compassionate, and professional. I will definitely come back to this urgent care. Thank you to everyone else.

    At first had tried to go to Jackson South Urgent care 😬🙄 Silly me….Walked out came straight to NCH we were greeted with smiles and care. Even my daughter said wow what a difference in the Vibe alone. From the front desk, nurse assistant and Dr everyone went out of their way to explain and interact with my 13 yr old daughter who broke her pinky toe. The next day I was surprised to receive a call at work just to see how she was doing. Amazing Staff and facility was so clean and inviting. Never will I ever try to go anywhere else. Great to see ppl who actually enjoy helping. ❤️💚💛

    Very dissatisfied I was told my daughter’s insurance was inactive , when that was totally incorrect .After giving the front desk agent the member Id and the name of the current insurance and she still when ahead and process the incorrect one. Of course I was charge for the full visit which I paid out of pocket.Once I verified the insurance was active, I called them to let them know and was told I need to wait almost two months to get a refund. I find this so frustrating. Especially when it was a mistake on there end!!
