I arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment to learn it is at the Palm City location. Both locations acted as if it was my fault for receiving the wrong information. Like I should know the doctor’s schedule. If the person I spoke with on the phone had taken the time to look I wouldn’t have wasted 2 hours driving with a very upset toddler I might add. If someone had just said sorry for the miscommunication this review wouldn’t be posted.
