We took our child in for a severely sprained ankle. After some delay, some x-rays and a set of crutches I received a bill that was so ridiculous that you could’ve purchased an expensive Swiss watch.
It is preposterous, with competent health insurance, that this place would still charge many thousands of dollars for this nominal amount of service. It’s absolute price gouging at its worst! I would go out of my way never to bring my child here ever again. No parents should get ripped off like this.
My child recently received care at Nicklaus childrens PBG on a Saturday and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist Jennifer T. was very welcoming, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt informed and supported throughout the process.

One star is actually to generous.
I brought my young daughter to Palm Beach Gardens outpatient center for treatment of a facial laceration. Before arriving, I specifically called the facility to confirm that a plastic surgeon would be available to perform the procedure, and I was assured that they were properly staffed. However, when we arrived, the clinic did not have anyone on site qualified to treat her. Instead, we were told to go to a neighboring hospital for care. Total waste of time.
To make matters worse, the clinic still billed me for the visit, even though they provided no actual treatment or service. I find this unacceptable — not only was my daughter’s care delayed, but I was also misled about the capabilities of the clinic and then charged for essentially a referral. I requested detailed invoice on three occasions and was told it would take 14 days to process the request. Of course a detailed invoice was never provided.
Families seeking timely, competent care should be aware of this experience. At the very least, the facility should be transparent about the services they are (and are not) able to provide, and they should not bill patients for treatment that never occurred.

Great professional staff in front desk kathleen really helpful with all the questions, and all the staff inside and main doctor did a great job , my kid had a ear infection he was really bad on pain and in half and hour they cured him , I am impressed they don’t have a better rating they are great doctors , take your children over there highly recommend !
Very unprofessional, rude and relacist place. We had an appointment which we got after 5 months of waiting. We drive 60 miles to get there and it was a rainy day. We were 10 minutes late. They registered our kid's name and 30 minutes later the front desk girl told us they can't see our our kid coz we are late. Only option is given- to reschedule which was 6 months later. I asked her if I could talk to a manager. She replied no manager is available ( I think it was around 1 pm). I asked if I could talk to anyone about it, coz 10 minutes late should be this big deal. She managed someone ( I think another worker who was her friend) who spoke with the similar tone. Question is: is 10 minutes late too late for doctor office? Why we weren't informed when we first got there? Why they registered our kid's name if we can't see a doctor? Why we been setting for 30 mins? Why no manager was available at 1 pm?
