  It is a pleasant experience, they are professionals from the counter, the administration, the security, but above all Riana, Wendy, Zeena, Vanessa and Wilma are empathetic, kind and very excellent people.

  We had a great experience here with our 2-year old with a broken foot. Everyone from the security officer at the front door to the receptionist to all of the medical stuff we're extremely nice and professional, the treatment was of the highest quality, and waiting times were negligible. Never fun bringing your child to a hospital, especially when also having to navigate the byzantine structure of our Healthcare system, so this was genuinely a positive surprise that everything went so smoothly. Thank you!

  The worst experience in this hospital if you can go to another hospital I recommend it the care of this one is useless the nurses treat you as they want and are not friendly at all since they deal with children or babies they give you the discharge papers without explanation of medications you ask for something and they say they are not authorized that only a doctor can do it and they deny you to see the doctor directly it is very bad that this happens when you go with the concern of your children looking for help to heal them

  The doctor who treated us on 5/16/2025 lacked empathy and compassion for people. She was cold and treated parents as if they were ignorant. She was also a complete liar about the procedures. I will never return to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone! And don't say you're sorry for my experience because it's not true!

  I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our wonderful physical therapist, Thatiany Oliveira Salgado, at Nicklaus Children’s Miramar Outpatient Center, for her sensitivity, professionalism, and incredibly warm approach to working with our daughter, Amalia. From the very first session, it was clear how naturally Thatiany connects with children—Amalia immediately felt comfortable and eagerly engaged in the process. Each session is filled with care, support, and attention to detail. Thanks to Thatiany’s work, we are already seeing noticeable improvements—Amalia has become more confident in her movements, her coordination has improved, and she’s gaining more independence in her daily activities. We are truly grateful for the professional care, patience, and genuine passion Thatiany brings to her work. We’re so happy to have found such a caring and dedicated specialist at Nicklaus Children’s Miramar Outpatient Center!
