We went to Nicklaus Children Hospital through ED to take care of my baby because she has injury in her right arm. They call me very fast in the lobby for vital signs and then in only 3 minutes to enter inside to see the doctor. In the lobby room inside we wait at lease 35 minutes i beleive the was busy. But when the APRN came to see her, the treatment was very farm. The Doctor and nurse practicioner were very nice with my baby. I recommend Nicklaus Chisldren Hospital 100 % to everyone who need it

If I was able to put no, S.T.A.R.S, I’ll put no S.T.A.R.S. You guys are terrible service when with my son, with a rash all over his face, and all they could’ve given me was Claritin. I had to take it up on myself to give them something else. I was able to remove the rash and I’m not even a Doctor. I will never come back here again.

BEWARE FIRST-TIME PARENTS! We brought our baby to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Emergency Room immediately after a fall. He had small bruise on his face, and we needed to make sure he was okay. The front staff was welcoming. However, once in the emergency room, and unbeknownst to us, an investigation was a foot as we were accused of child abuse and neglect and reported to the DCF. They started conducting and offering testing for my child unrelated to the injury under false pretenses, including 31 x-rays of his entire body. They also refused to provide the name of the emergency doctor heading this, but she was slightly crossed eyed doctor with an Irish or Scottish accent. My baby was—and is—well nourished, clean, groomed, and laughing, with no scars or other bruising and zero indication of abuse or neglect. I took my baby heartbroken and in tears because of what occurred. Clearly, the staff lacked any common sense. Their accusation became clear when we requested an x-ray of our baby’s head, but they said the entire body or nothing. Clearly, they did not care for the well being of my baby—following an alleged protocol was more important. And when we threatened to leave to another hospital, they threatened to call the cops. While we understand that policies exist for protection, there should also be room for common sense and compassion, especially when dealing with first-time parents who come concerned and request care for their child. Our entire experience felt focused on proving that we did something wrong — rather than ensuring our child was okay. If you are looking for real care and understanding, I recommend seeking another hospital. Sadly, Nicklaus Children’s is not the same place it once was. I will never visit again and will encourage others not to do so.
