After seeing the reviews I got a little scared but thankfully the staff were nice . My son had a MRI and the staff from the front to the nurses in the back were all very nice. They explained the procedure process good .

Unfortunately, I cannot say good things about this facility. The therapists have a measure of talent, and one of the physicians gave us important advise, but the facility and the administration are so defunct that they undermine the delivery of good care. The receptionists give false and incoherent information and their lazy ignorance coupled with incompetence demand immediate punitive action. I am going to have to report this facility to the state for mismanagement, because, in addition to wasting peoples' time, they are wasting healthcare resources and putting kids at risk--official letter forthcoming.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This has been the worst place I’ve ever dealt with — not just in terms of service, but in the complete lack of compassion and resources for our children. After waiting an entire year for an appointment, we were given only a 15-minute grace period, despite traveling a long distance from Homestead to Weston. We arrived just after that window and were refused service. I tried to speak with multiple staff members and the office manager, asking for any flexibility — even just to be added to a waitlist — but was met with cold, robotic responses and no willingness to help. The only solution offered was to reschedule, with no regard for how long the next wait might be. This place is beyond disappointing. The customer service is terrible, and I would never recommend this office to anyone, especially families who already face enough stress trying to get care for their kids

I cannot recommend this office enough. The staff is so kind and helpful. Specifically Leah and Ryan at the front desk. On two separate occasions Leah has gone out of her way to help obtain documents needed. Ryan was so kind to explain exactly what I needed to look for on these documents. We absolutely love and adore Opal Hamilton! We travel quite a distance because we love this office and the staff. Thank you for all you do!
