The staff in the leasing office as well as the maintenance team are so helpful and kind. They always provide 5 star service. Danielle is amazing, she made me feel welcome the minute I met her. Each time I’ve submitted a service ticket, the maintenance team takes care of it the same day. The apartments are beautiful. Overall this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, I absolutely love it here.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I had a very negative experience with an employee at this business named Treighlan. This person I interacted with was rude, condescending, and treated me with clear disrespect. What was most concerning is that their comments and behavior came across as discriminatory and completely inappropriate. No customer should ever feel belittled or unwelcome, and I hope management addresses this issue so others don’t have the same experience.

Danielle Alderman was amazing. She made us feel so welcome on our arrival. During the tour she was informative and professional. I really appreciated the follow up communication which included helpful information. I have found my next home.

I was on a short term assignment in the Fishers area and needed a residence during the 10 month period. Nickle Plate Station is a great place to live. The apartment is very nice and upscale. Other than my home this is the best place I have ever lived in. The rooms are a spacious including the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom had a walk in closet, the laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the living room had a nice size balcony. The windows are large and provide a great view of the area. The building is clean and secure. I had a reserved spot in the garage which is really convenient. There is also a very nice fitness room and rooftop pool for the summer months. The few times I had to contact maintenance, they were prompt and performed needed work the same day. The management staff is also excellent, Danniel and her team are very responsive and also make the experience awesome by hosting events for the residents from time to time. I think one of the best features of Nickle Plate Station is the location. The municipal center is just a few hundred feet from the building entrance. There is a farmers market every Saturday from 9am until noon during the summer months. There are a lot of farm fresh goods sold there, I went every weekend that I was home. There is an amphitheater in the same park where concerts are held regularly in addition to community events. And best of all is the convenience to just about everything, restaurants to numerous to mention here, most within walking distance, CVS also just a couple of blocks away, and the Nickle Plate Trail just outside the door is so convenient for walking or bicycle riding, most within walking distance. I enjoyed not only Nickle Plate Station but this area of downtown Fishers. Fishers in an ideal community, it's clean, safe and has all the convenience of dining and shopping nearby. I will very much miss living at NPS and the town of Fishers.
